So my general numbness is pretty much gone. What next to take care of the still significant fatigue?

There is no quick fix for fatigue. There can be so many reasons why you are fatigued that you have to basically do trial and error until you find something that works.
Some of the top offenders are Lyme, Babs, Candida, Sleep Apnea, and poor diet. So, I think the easiest things to address right away are diet and sleep apnea.
I have had fatigue for 20 years. No matter what I do, I can't get the fatigue to go away.
