For those of you taking 200 mg of diflucan, Do you take it as a single dose or split it up and take 100 mg twice daily?

Take it as a single dose, no need to split the tablet.

Another LLMD rx's it as 100 mb BID. I presume that is to reduce the liver toxicity. This LLMD rx's it daily, and sometimes on-going, so more of an issue, I think. It's more usual to have 200 mg once daily, however.

Though it's prescribed 200 mg every day, I take it 100 mg twice daily.

I have done this since first prescribed due to die off with full dose.

I just continue doing it this way.
