My acupuncturist said she wanted me to try a sulfur supplement to help cell communication with energy. I wasn't functioning very well while in there and realized after I got home that I think sulfur may be a problem for us???

Can anyone clarify for me please? I haven't broken the seal on it yet so it is still returnable to her.

I really appreciate any help, thank you.

Maybe she was talking about MSM... I've taken it for more than 10 yrs and I'm well!

Sulfa is an antibiotic.. sulphur is a bit different.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MSM

Of course, I'm just guessing that this is what she was referring to.

Lymetoo, thanks for the help. I just looked at the jar and says organic sulfur, MethylSulphonyl Methane....which is MSM right?? An LLND had previously told me that some of us don't do well with sulfur things. At least that is what I thought she said. That was 2 yrs ago so I could be not remembering it correctly...thought I should check here with y'all before I break the seal on this jar. The acupuncturist says her patients tell her this stuff helps with energy. It says Cellular Matrix Study on the jar so guessing it is a likely. Wow, it says on label that chlorine in water blocks uptake of sulfur. That might be signifant for those taking sulfur drugs using tap water to take it?

Yes, that's MSM. Somebody explained the difference here once. Wish I could find it. I assure you it's OK to take. Very good to help with candida and with energy and pain.
