Just going for a brisk walk with my kids, as soon as I stop I get these little what I call "firework explosions" all in my legs.

It's like twitching under the skin, not like my usual muscle twitches which are visible. These are invisible but very much felt all through my legs.

Does anyone else get this? Why is it only after exercise? It only lasts about half an hour or less.

I get that too, I think it's from movement and exercice making toxins move...

Hmm.. interesting thought Shahbah. Do you have muscle twitches besides the ones just after exercise too?

I was sure there would be many others with this

I think I get the same thing -- especially noticeable in my calves after a workout.

Yup, I get them. I also get really itchy thighs if I do any exercise. I don't know what it is, just figure it's the bug getting irritated by the increase in body temp., coupled with blood vessel constriction, leading to decrease oxygen/blood flow to the muscles.
