My llmd prescribed the BLt tincture. If there are other users out there I would appreciate hearing how you take it. Such as with some water or straight or what.

I was on it for several months. I took it with water and other drops on an empty stomach. It is bitter, but not a big deal. My directions were to work up slowly, which I did.
