Thoughts on this combo? I've been taking Doxy and Bactrim DS each 2x daily, at different times. How do I get the Omnicef in there? Can any of these antibiotics be taken at the same time?

What about supps? For now, I've been taking them in between everything and taking probiotics at night, as well as my thyroid meds.

I will call my LLMD on Monday (they're closed today) but just wanted some thoughts before then!

Thanks!

You can take all of the antibiotics at the same time, every 12 hours. Then, take the supplements with lunch and dinner. Supps have to be at least 2 hours after antibiotics or 2 hours before antibiotics.

I would take the probiotics twice per day. Once in the a.m., 3 hours after taking the meds, and the other time at bedtime as you are doing. Just so it is at least 2 hours after the antibiotics.

So, for example, you can take meds at 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. and take probiotics at 11 a.m. and 10:30 p.m..

Thanks, TF. I didn't realize you could take the antibiotics together. That will make my easier, for sure.
