Needless to say, MS, RA and CFS have so many common nominators with CLD (chronic lyme disease). When abx helps for CLD patients, they most likely work for MS, RA or CFS patients. And when something works for MS, RA or CFS patients, I think we ought to look at it.

Well, now something have. Small study though, but it seems convincing to me.

The hypothesis is that something which "pulls the rug" underneath the immune system (such as lyme, xmrv or others) may make the body unable to keep harmful bacteria in the gut at bay.

So, what has been done to treat this is a procedure as simple as it is smart:

They just replace the content of the gut.

(Pretty please no poo jokes. We're not 5 y.o., and the patients never smell or see a thing. They just get the content of theior gut replaced with healthy content).

This is definitely significant for colitis, and probably a lot more. I think few folks are willing to talk about it however. Thanks for posting it.
