Just read DR S's book. Does Dr H use that high dose of malarone/meprone?

According to DR S-you realy have to pound it

I saw Dr. H my first time in treatment. That was back in 1999-2001. I was on mepron and zith for a year... First though, we went through all of the protocol IVs and all combos. Then realized this mepron/zith really worked for me.

I think Dr. H was aggressive.. compared to my llmd that I have now.

Personally, I wouldn't do that aggressive treatment again. I want to kill the buggers, not me. But we all have to do what is best for our bodies.

My skin sort of turned a yellow hue after that year.. but it did go away after going off of it.

And, must say, I was great, in remission for over 8 years after all that aggressive treatment.

--------------------
Lyme, Babs, Fry Bug..... Whatever it is, may a treatment be discovered to make us all whole again!

hadlyme,

Can I ask what you think made the Lyme come back? I'm so confused by Dr. B's statement during his recent seminar where he says if you don't relapse in 3 yrs. you won't relapse but I've heard otherwise many times on this board. When you recovered 8 yrs. ago, do you remember what your CD 57 was when you finished treatment?
