That was my first symptom before we knew I had lyme... low B12, and couldn't keep a good level.
I've been on B12 shots for years now... give them to myself every 3 weeks. Babs is the bugger for me.

I just had all regular bloodwork done along with a hormonal panel, etc. I'm at half the normal B-12 level and also am taking Rx B-12 shots.
Bringing it up to optimum levels (gradually) has made me feel better, but it's obviously no cure-all.
