I believe that almonds fell onto the "yes" list, while peanuts are on the "no" side.

Thank God yes! Almonds have saved me on this rigid diet. I know I eat too many of them
Try to eat organic almonds though

Oh, I'm so glad to hear that! I eat A LOT of them too. My diet is so narrow that without almonds I would be lost! Thanks for the feedback.
