The women at the health food store said these are good and I feel better but still like I drank too much coffee. How long does a thyroid change need to take effect? my llmd upped mine in February to 2 gr armour.
Lastly does anyone know of any reactions between these over the counter herbs and stuff I'm taking i.e. Armour, Ubiquinol, metanx, culturelle, Magnesium Taurate, Multi, rhodeolia Rosea, Aceytl L Carntine, Alpa Lipic Acid, Cordeyceps, Kyolic EPAs, Milk Thistle, Olive Leaf Extract, Biaxin, Plaquenil, Diflcucan and Xanax (although I'm trying to not take it and go natural instead, but if I have to I want to make sure I'm good)
The interactor I checked didnt recognize alot of things in the serenity or L-theanine neither did my pharmacist so I'm at a loss
Thanks all

Take you thyroid meds on an empty stomach. Do not have any coffee for at least 1 hour.
I take mine then go walk dogs. That takes about an hour.
Never take any calcium near thyroid meds.
The rest of the supplements you mention are things I either taken now or have in the past. I don't recall any hand slaps regarding my supplements.
Armour had a formula change 18 months or so ago and many reacted badly to that change. Big FDA thing going on regarding testing. Some people had reactions to the fillers.
I was on it for a few years but because of the formula change, had to switch to Synthroid and Cytomel and LDN, all good and good results. Felt much better.
Hope you have blood work after 3 months on Armour to check your levels to make sure it is working correctly for you. We are all so different.
Good site for Thyroid Info is Mary Shoman. She just sent out a newsletter today and one of the topics was Coffee and Thyroid Meds.
Some people do much better taking meds at night.
I can't do that but if I get up in the 3 to 4 am range, I take my thyroid meds.
Hope this helps....
