Does this need to be pulsated or can it be taken as long as needed?

Right now I do 3 drops 2x a day

Just wondering if I need to take breaks to prvent resistance?

Thanks

Are you taking it for yeast control or Lyme cysts? If you're using it for yeast, you need to rotate with other yeast killers. Not sure about taking it for the cyst forms of Lyme, but it seems like rotating is always a good idea unless you don't tolerate anything else.

Just a suggestion . . . GSE is high in phenols and therefore tough on your liver. It helps to take it with an enzyme like "No Fenol" by Houston Nutraceuticals.

Which part? That it's a yeast killer? Or that it has to be rotated? Or that it works on the cyst form?
