Hello all. I want to try taking Coq10 to see if it helps w/energy and heart palps but I have low blood pressure due to a beta blocker (For tachycardia, SVT, PVC's) I was wondering for those of you that have low blood pressure did you notice more of a drop after you started coq10? Thanks for any help. I can't go much lower..I am 90/50 most days.

I had the tachycardia, and heart skips. Was put on atenolol for 8 years. It made me very tired and lost alot of hair. Last August I started CoQ10 and Mag. Citrate and my bp issues and tachycardia have since resolved. Much of my hair has grown back as well. So I am a strong advocate of those 2 products.

thanks guys. I will try it and see what happens. I am detoxing with salt baths, dry skin brushing and that is it for now, can't tolerate the sauna, wipes me out for a long time.
