I don't have the grounding sheet but I did purchase the mat. I used it for quite a while and never noticed anything. Not to say it doesn't work...just didn't seem to help any of my symptoms. I slept with my legs on the mat, really hoping I'd see a change in my sleep or wake up feeling better, but never did.

I havew the earthing foot pads and wristlet to use when at the computer...I feel better using them. I got them at Dr. K's seminar from a guy who was speaking at the seminar about Earthing. I will try to get the sheets at Dr. K's may seminar in WA "A deep Look Beyond Lyme" going over all the protocols the are hidden like the molds and EMF sensitivity etc....I think most will focus on all this at that seminar this time. I know many people that like the earthing sheets, but I will let you know my thoughts later after I try them.

I have the half sheet and I just plug it in and make sure that everything is grounded. Unfortunately I have not noticed a difference after about two months.

My daughter and I have the half sheets too.
I haven't noticed anything either, but I got them (at different times) because our LLND said our bodies were struggling with EMFs at the time, according to her ART testing and once we got them it stopped showing up in her testing.
I think it works, but on a very subtle level.
