One of the symptoms I've had since last year is a red/pink coloring of my facial skin (forehead, cheeks) and a pinish/red coloring/rash on my upper arms.
Does this sound like Lyme or Bart (or none of the above)?
It isn't a raised rash --- they're larger areas of red/pink skin but when it's at its worse it slightly burns/irritates me.
Thoughts?

Symptoms may seem like the flu (influenza), and may include:
Chills
Fever
Headache
Muscle aches
Nausea
Other possible symptoms:
Diarrhea
Fine pinhead-sized areas of bleeding in the skin (petechial rash)
Flat red rash (maculopapular rash)
General ill feeling (malaise)
That links says doxy is used. I've been on doxy for 8 weeks and it seems the symptoms listed here are actually worse. Looks like yet another thing I need to test for.

Never heard of that before. Because it has the word Herxheimer in it, does that mean it's a herx reaction to the bacteria?
I've had this off and on since before being treated but it has been getting worse lately, with the doxy I've been on.
Interesting how many layers this disease and all its co-infections have! It's like a thick soup of bacteria!!
