As far as I know, there aren't any that are accurate enough to bother with. Some thought the CD-57 was good, until people started showing up with obvious Lyme and high CD-57 counts (my observation: the high CD-57 seems to occur in those with Babesia as a Lyme co-infection...)...
Keeping a daily log of symptoms may be the best indicator you have so you know what progress you've made. Don't have to write down everything, just note the top 3-5 and how severe they are, and note any changes in meds, etc. so you can track the effects of changes in your treatment more easily.
I don't do this, of course...but I need to...

OK, thanks! So (for measuring positive/negative, if not bacterial loads) the labs people are using these days are Igenex, Fry, and Specialty...?

My doc thinks I have Babesia and my CD-57 was 21.
