I started Humaworm this morning because my Infectious disease doctor found strongyloides in my blood and called last night. I just finished ABX for the giardia and amoebic inf he found earlier (and the c diff) I had ordered Humaworm from reading this site and thinking I would take it to clear out the amoebas and giardi for a month after the ABX. Humaworm arrived last night. I don't know when I will see him probably not until later in the weeek to get a RX for Ivermectin. I see my new LLMD tomorrow and I am an anxious to start getting better. So I took 2 Humaworms this am and all day this enormous headache has been building up behind my left eye finally dawned on me its die off.... I took 1 chlorella, 1 charcoal, a glass of psyllium and 2 apple pectin pills (which I have with me at work thank god) and drank 72 oz of filtered water and the headache is nearly gone. Clearly, my body is filled with parasites and the humaworm started such die off I got a huge headache....wow. Thats how I interpret this. I would not have known about the charcoal or chlerella without this website or the humaworm for that matter. So thanks you all. Not sure how to proceed maybe hold off until I talk with the doc tomorrow. Feedback welcome.

From what I read, strongyloides are not easy to get rid of. Even the guy at Humaworm says that. I love the herbal protocols but you have to keep fighting this. It takes time. It's a process.
Humaworm is very good but you may have to switch the protocols around to prevent resistance. The die-off is very difficult from some parasites. Like mojo says, you may need to back off & start ramping up again as needed.
I find Excedrin helps with the headaches. Good luck!

You may want to hold off on the Hmaworm if you are taking ivermectin. Some herbs can interact with drugs - sometimes for the better & sometimes for the worse (making the drugs less effective, etc.).
