Hi again...I have been taking a product called " Para Biotic Plus"

by BIOGENESIS...it is what my ND recommended...BUT...it is very

expensive and I'm looking for an alternative...the ingredients are...

400 mg artemisia annua

300 mg olive leaf extract

200 mg berberine sulfate

200 mg mexican oregano

200 mg thyme extract

150 mg grapefruit seed extract

100 mg barberry root extract

100 mg black walnut hull extract

100 mg uva ursi leaf extract

anyone recommend a good brand to replace this formula as

closely as possible ?

once again...thx so much for any help and advice you can offer

It's probably good to mix them up a bit. I've read a few people on here that do that.

I've done Humaworm and ParaPhyte and just purchased Mt. Capra. I also rife weekly for parasites.

thx mojo...I'm going to wait a bit before trying a new product but

am gathering info @ the moment for when I am ready... [Smile]

Sounds wise to mix them up a bit if you need to be on them for a

while so the little buggies don't have a chance to become resistant

How long is an average treatment period for parasites with

Humaworm , PraPhyte and Mt. Capra ?

If you treat consistantly it takes quite a while. I've been rifing for a solid year and doing 30 day cleanses every 3 to 4 months for the past year (prior to that I was inconsistent).

I feel that my load is way down based on my symptoms (nicer skin less dieoff).

I've upped my rifing to every week (from every other week) so I expect my next 30 day cleanse to pretty much wipe them out.

Most cleanses are 30 days (humaworm offers "inbetween herbs") Mt. Capra is two weeks alternating off and on, or something similar. Dr Natura offers a nice cleanse for 30 or 60 days and I've heard that's very effective.
