Hi Guys. I'm taking Minocycline for Lyme. This is the first time I'm taking it and it's making me dizzy. I found on older posts that it's recommended to increase the dose by 50mg every 7 days so I'm doing that and it's been ok. But, it says to take it on empty stomack, I'm taking it with food. Is that ok?? Thanks

For me personally, I take ALL abx with food. I don't care what the info pack says. I value my stomach. Mino is known for causing dizziness. -------------------- --Lymetutu-- Opinions, not medical advice!

Thanks guys! I tried taking it with empty stomack but got massive dizzys and heart palps. So I'm ignoring the label and taking it with food. Hope it still works!
