Yesterday was only my 2nd dose of 2grams & today i feel HORRIBLE. I feel like i cant walk properly with out bumping into things, Sleeping way more then ever, So dizzy, Vision is horrible! Feel even way more out of it then before...
Did i start a a high gram or is this normal?? I know this is a good sign im herxing alot already but im hoping it doesnt get unbarable... Yesterday i was actually feeling ok

Call your Dr. if you have symptoms you are concerned about, for sure. Otherwise...this is IV meds...its hardcore. Herxing is to be expected, you will not feel good, that's for sure.
Go through and read the info on detoxing and getting through herx's that are posted at the top of the forum pages...that should help you decide what you can do to support yourself...
Its a bumpy ride...

You started at a normal dose. Keep well hydrated, eat healthy foods regularly to keep blood sugar from dropping, and get lots of rest. Your body's trying to heal so be patient with yourself.

Don't forget to take Actigal with Rochephin. The doctor should have prescribed it.
