for the longest time I had no idea what product salt/c was, until I read it is salt & vitamin c. Any other expert advise would be great :-) I have hit lyme pretty hard with hyperbarics & now on Dc.Cowdens protocol. I have pretty much rid my brainfog & many other quirky symptoms. I still though get Full moon effects 1 week prior [fatigue, depression, anxiety & my scalp has been breaking out in sores real bad, I have been told it could be parasites or toxins being released. i just got a fir ifrared sauna.

I used to get the head sores until I was treated.
So it can be part of one of the infections. I think Bartonella is one that does that. but I wouldn't rule out parasites either...
Can't help with salt c protocol tho...sorry. I have read on the site of the orginators quite a bit and I take high doses of c a day anyhow...

If you decide to do the salt/c protocol it is VERY important to ramp up slowly. Also visit lymestrategies because these are the people who incorporate salt/c along with other protocols.
Like Lymetoo suggested check out numerous posts on here by typing it into the search bar at the top.

How long did you do abx? ... How many HBOT treatments did you do? Sorry don't have an answer on the salt C.... but would love to get rid of my brain fog. Nothing seems to work.

P.S, What has also helped me a lot was taking antiparasitic herbs. Very important to stay on them until symptom free and then do maintenance.
For me the scalp sore were definitely parasites. Also check lymebusters supplements for scalp sore treatments.
I do a poultice of mixing yogurt or kefir with milk (milk has lactic acid _and apply it to the scalp. Put on some paper towels and a baseball cap and it will dry them out.

I have been doing salt/c though I don't know how much help I would be...I got up to 6g of both, but was so sick from my abx AND that so I stopped. Now I take 3g of salt a day along with 6-9g C. Have not ramped up from there at all...I should probably try it though...

onbam,
The pictures on lymephotos are believed to be related to the Filarial Worm infection.
Willy Burgdorfer found Adult Filarial Worms in the original ticks he dissecte and as an aside found spirochetes. This has nee a much overlooked co-infection.
I know first hand, because after 30 yrs of being sick, EVERYTHING pictured on lymephotos is what came pouring out of me after 6 mos of antiparasitic herbs and then salt/c.
