frquency etc. 2x/wk, 3x/wk, daily for 30 days, etc.

I have taken it every day per one doc and one week on, two weeks off with another one.

Another doctor gave me a prescription for Flagyl and tindamax and said I could use either one. He had me pulse it on weekends and keep working up to more days. I went with the Flagyl, but the instructions were the same for either.

twice a day, daily, for a long time, along with others that were taken once per day

just recently started pulsing all of them, 5 days a week on, 2 days a week off

It's interesting to see the different doses/schedules that people take this.

I take tindi on the weekends but I think I may increase it.

I wonder what most doctors are recommending.

2X daily for 3 weeks, off 1 week and start all over! Was on it before for 2 years straight...Just started again after 2 year break

NIH is current running it in a Malaria trial

Please refrain from posting dosages of abx unless discussing initial treatment for acute lyme. Thanks!

As for the initial question... every dr has a different approach. I took it everyday.

beth .. you'll get nausea if you even so much as use mouthwash containing alcohol while on the drug.

very interesting. My protocol will be 2 x a day twice a week. Not sure if that is enough based on the responses?!
