Is anyone on Byron White for maintenance?

I used to take Cowden and was told I would eventually take it for maintenance for several years at least. Possibly more.

Now I take Byron white, no more Cowden and I am wondering if the same theory applies.

Just curious.....

I'm going on my 6th month of maintenance with BW.

Like you I did almost a year of cowden in 2009 and ended up going back on abx and iv.

After 3 mo. of rocephin and insurance denials I felt good enough to get on the BW. I haven't lost ground but I haven't gained any either.

I still have GI and cognitive issues but I was more than ready to get away from abx and I had little pain and the fatigue is gone.

I don't see myself continuing the BW too much longer. I will taper down till it's gone and see how I do.

3 1/2 years treatment with oral combos, Cowden, IV roc. BW herbs. Off all abx in 12/10. Feeling good.
