I can't seem to find any specifics about herx symptoms. I read that it's a flare of symptoms but are there specific symptoms that flare? How do you know what is a Herx and what is something that needs medical attention? Can dizziness be a herx? what symptoms do you have when you herx?

I feel like I have the flu. Body aches and chill, but no flu. I recently started treating, so I am not totally sure, but I feel like I am running a really high fever, without the fever.

It varies from person to person, herx to herx. Sometimes you will just feel ill in general. Or maybe like you have the flu with sore throat, swollen lymph nodes, aching muscles and joints.
Usually I have that plus neuro issues... worse muscle twitching, vibrating feeling, tremors, dizziness. And sometimes a herx will just give me more joint pain. I never know.

Also get bee sting like sensations from the lightest touch sometimes, sometimes no touch at all. Always seems to be worse on the palm of my left hand right about the joint of my middle finger. Everywhere else is completely random, but that one spot is almost always the first to start and the last to stop.
Blurry vision and sissified migraines too.

Yep! I am new to this too, but I sure can relate. I had multiple symptoms, including feeling like I kept getting little bee stings in different places. I didn't mention it to anyone because even my family was thinking I was loosing it with some of the things I was telling them. They thought i was tremoring on purpose and told me stop! Turns out they were just scared and didn't know how to handle their fear that this was really happenning to me. Definately lots of muscle/joint pain and fever for me. Everyone is different!
