I know it's bad to go cold turkey with anti-d's so need some advice.
Only been on 20 mg for a month with no help. Told to double it but only went up to 30 and having horrible results. Panic-y weepy depressed.
can't get any doctor advice on Sunday but hate it -- even going back to 20 last night. Rather quit altogether.
Miserable after a year with four month reprieve and then return of symptoms. Any thoughts? Thanks for any help

Well, as you said, don't go cold turkey! You'll find out WHY if you do it!!
I don't know of any other advice I could give you.

I took Prozac once for about a month. It caused me to have a headache all the time. Finally I just quit all at once.
It didn't seem to hurt me any. On the other hand, I took another SSRI for several years and had to wean off of it very slowly!!
I guess it all depends on how long you've taken it.
