My 10 year old and I just started with a new LLND. So many supplements etc. Can I take/give her probiotics with all the supplements and herbals, just keeping all that away from the abx? Can we take the Nystatin at the same time?

I currently am using a soil baed probiotic, we take them before bed. Do I also need another probiotic?

The pressure in my head and spine is so bad I can barely think straight at all and want to make sure I've got this right.

Thanks so much!

Penny

Don't do Nystatin at the same time because Nystatin will just kill off the probiotics. Also, that can give you a bloated and very uncomfortably gassy belly. I was told to try to take the probiotics on an empty belly - that is incredible hard to achieve... so, my morning dose is on an empty belly. Then, I wait about an hour to start my other supplements. I also can't mix my doxy with calcium and iron and other vitamins, so I take probiotics first, then an hour later I take all of my other supplements, then two hours later I take my doxy and nystatin. I spend the day more or less alternating this routine because I take nystatin 4xs a day. Basically, you really need to write it all out and make a schedule for yourself so you can squeeze it all in. I have 6 different alarms set on my phone that tell me when it's time to take which pills.
Good Luck!

So nystatin with abx is OK, right?
