As LLND has changed up treatment to hit bart I am more irritable for a few weeks.
not rage but annoyed a lot. Low and annoyed.
And annoyed that I am annoyed I suppose.
I had been spared that... almost wanted to die last year from bart brain so this should be
a dream compared but I had a good run of feeling better and now I am annoyed. working harder at gratitude for the good and better.
that's all. just venting where it won't annoy anyone else talking about lyme effects-- again.

Me too. I get periods of high crankiness and general irritability. As you mentioned, not rage, just annoyed at the drop of a pin at those times.
Gratitude is a great practice indeed.

Yes "high crankiness" is a good way to put it plus annoyed at drop of a pin...
says it..
suffice to say that this is not a good thing for how and with whom I work...or family relations.
thanks for listening...

Losing it and "annoyed at the drop of a pin" is me too sometimes. My poor little kids. Sometimes I scream at them for dumb things, but then I realize it and apologize
I'm doing cipro and I think it is gradually helping.
How are you treating, may I ask?
I'm also doing amox with it and since starting a few weeks ago, my hand and finger joints hurt non-stop, and I fell down and sprained my ankle. NOW THAT'S ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;-)
Hang in there,

thanks lax. I am on second month of rifampin and sulfamexathazole-tmp(Bactrim) to hit bart more specifically and other herxes besides this show it is.
there is one consolation...that it is a herx versus I am suddenly a grouch. not me.
Been on rifampin in combo with clarithromycin before
have gained much ground in the arena of my emotions since over the last year which were blackhole to anxious and catastrophic thinking and so forth.
Still in background but not overtaking my mood all the time.
yes...sprained ankle is annoying. may it heal rapidly!
I suppose i was just a bit worried due to former severity of bart brain that it would become rage.
I (we) can't afford lots of the symptoms of these illnesses but that is one in particular that can do damage with others.
not everyone "gets" lyme so I couldn't beg off... but it hasn't been rage yet...just testy.
Right now it is phasing into the feel better between between herxing mode which at this stage I am blessed to have.
but this round is herxing irritability and grrrr.
just being able to say it where people get it and accept these are symptoms helps takes some of the pressure off.
