Well, apparently it has to be diluted GREATLY--and even then, who says it's safe?-I mean, the stuff you use to clean countertops is 3%, and they say that's poison if you ingest it!

Yes, I've heard of this...but I don't recommend doing it unless you have some good probiotics to take after...

A few drops of the 35% Hydrogen Peroxide are put in 8 ozs. water, and then this mix is consumed. Some also pour a few droppers of the 35% hydrogen peroxide in the bathtub (full of warm water) for a detox bath also. But don't do this if you have any skin inflammation or gastrointestinal inflammation - hydrogen peroxide is produced by the body's immune system during the inflammatory response, which is why healthy cells get damaged in the process...so consuming or bathing in hydrogen peroxide, if you already have high inflammation, may be like pouring grease on a fire...

Did the food grade H2O2 thing last fall. Worked up to 20 drops twice a day in disstilled water. Didn't notice any real change positive or negative at the time. I still take baths with a half cup 35% H2O2 and epsom salts and always feel better the next morning. [Smile]

This is coming from a scientist I know:

"Any chemist can weigh out 2 tablespoons of peroxide, calculate the mass of oxygen you consume and it isn't much and you will discover that in the course of a day the 2 pounds of oxygen that you consume makes the peroxide portion negligible. Also it is caustic to the gut. If you want to see how deadly peroxide is add some to your toilet bowl and then add an acid based toilet bowl cleaner and see how long you can take the fumes. Guess what's in your stomach --HCL acid--and adding alcohol to that mix can be deadly and release gas and heat."

I was very skeptical and thought it was a crazy idea when the protocol was suggested to me by my osteopath.

I spent a few days digging up everything i could positive and negative and decided i had nothing to lose so i started the protocol very slowly.

It never gave me any stomach pains of digestive problems. As a matter of fact a couple times I had a sore stomach (Probably from the ABX) and thought this might not be a good idea drinking H202 LOL, but my stomach would actually feel better afterwards.

WHo knows? Everyone is different...

You are not supposed to injest it. It's toxic.
