Tocotrienols for inflammatory support

Coconut oil rubbed on neck, alongside spine to let nerve root soak it up

Headache Take Care by New Chapter Organics, this is a herbal formula containing herbs from which aspirin is currently and some from which it used to be made, but which will not hurt the stomach

Lavender oil rubbed into temples

Chamomile tea compresses on forehead, lie down. Use old towel, the tea will stain

Lots of detox products, epsom salt baths with lavender oil....

Take care!

Best wishes, CI
