I'm really having strange symptoms the last three days. Not all is new, but the severity seems like it is up. I don't know if I hurt my neck of something or if it's a flare.

I mentioned in another thread I was on my cordless phone for 2-3 hours late this week. At the end of the period, my head started to really squeeze badly and I have not been the same since.

The last two days I have had severe head pressure. It feels like my glasses are on my head even when I take them off. My wife was mocking me when I said that and claimed it sounded crazy. [Frown]

My legs/feet have kind of felt like they were vibrating. Bad brain fog. Very off-balance feeling. Every time I lean forward to do something and get back into a normal standing position, my legs get very heavy. On Friday, I felt like I was going to pass out after bending over to pick some weeds for 5 minutes. My legs got extremely heavy.

I also have been sweating badly too upon any exertion. Thick sweats in the afternoon. Some stomach upsetness, but not terrible. I've been dry heaving a fair amount as well. It seems like the diastolic number on my blood pressure is up a bit too, but it's always somewhat elevated. It's running mid to high 90s. Upping my diuretic has done nothing to help it. [Frown]

My hands have been tingling some too at times. Especially if I move my neck the wrong way or lean forward on the computer. I didn't do anything crazy I remember. The back of my head where it meets my neck is very stiff. The pressure is so intense at times that I wonder if it'll be my last day.

Scary stuff.

I started Bar-1 herbal blend last night, but this stuff has been there for more than one day. I just finished a 10-day course of Biaxin. Next up is Amoxicillin and Probenicid to add to the Bar-1.

I hope I make it through all this. [Frown]

Sounds like babs & lyme to me. Could you have been bit again?

It also makes me think of a stomach infection based on the stomach issues and sweating. I don't know what bar-1 is. You need to talk to your doctor. Maybe the biaxin is starting to put a hole in your stomach.

I'd stay off the wireless phones for a while too.

Many of your symptoms sound like Babesiosis to me.

Why did you take Biaxin for only ten days?

Seekhelp, i really recpmmeand you get checked for Behcet syndrom and neuro behcet, it is a quite rare disease in the US but not that rare in the world...
especially if you have an inflammed GI tract... Abx only add to this inflammation and will not help if that's what it is...

Out of curiosity, did you ever get your neck checked out -- CT/MRI or x-rays?

Could be some nerve things going on from something structural in your neck (just guessing based off of tingling from head movements).

And none of your doctors are treating your BP issue? I recall you mentioning it a while ago, so assumed by now one of your doctors would have given you something for it/changed your current meds.

You are a spot-on combination of my and my husband's Babesia symptoms. We both have B.microti, but we have different symptoms.

Seek,

never use a cordless phone. You will get MCS
and electric sensitivity, also ne cell phones.
If you have already brain problems get a corded phone and only use the speakerphone.

I doubt the Biaxin is putting a hole in my stomach, but....It actually gives me very little stomach issues when I take it.

Maradona, why do you say I have a yeast problem? I'm not doubting anything, but just trying to get perspective.

I have had many MRIs of my cervical region over the years. Nothing major shows up, but there are a few bulging discs in the C4-C7. No herniations. I truly think either I have some mild brain swelling or very, very tight muscles in my head/neck. It's been an issue from the first day I got ill. [Frown]

I still can't get any help with my blood pressure. I can't get around myself anymore driving and my wife doesn't seem to believe it's that big of a deal. Her mentality now is no doctors do anything so don't bother going. [Frown] My blood pressure is running at 160/95-100 and my standing pulse has been pretty high today (like 95-110). [Frown] I'm going to die from this crap. I'm under the mercy of others to cart me around and she's getting pretty angry I need to be transported all the time from doc to doc. She can't understand why I can't hop in the car and drive 5-10 miles. I'm so dizzy I can't see straight today and my head pressure is intense. I'll kill someone behind the wheel. [Frown]

If this is Babesia, I can't beat it. I'm going to start Artemisinin this week. Malarone is useless. Coartem did nothing. Daraprim nothing.

I agree cordless phones are bad, bad news now. I'm scared of the effects they are causing me.

I hope my LLMD isn't way off in their assumption this is all Bartonella because the symptoms continue to have Babesia written all over them. The bad neuro issues kind of seem like Bart along with the relentless anxiety, but I read they can be Babesia too.

Then toss this all aside and another individual who reviewed my blood thinks I have an infection absolutely unrelated to Lyme, Bart, Babs. Maybe I'm a damn fool pursuing these TBIs. The truth is I have no more proof of them than any other illness really. Tough call.

I looked this up. My concern is I have no mouth sores or sores anywhere else. It sounds like that is a key part of the illness. I think there is some sort of blood vessel issue or oxygenation problem causing inflammation.

So bizarre regarding your BP. It's like you are seeing doctors from the Twilight Zone. I have never seen a doctor before who would dismiss high BP.

I'll assume you have tried supplements, but have you tried CoQ10/Ubiquinol and see if it reduces your BP any? It may drop it a little bit.

Most doctors in my state are not too good IMO. It's sad. It's like there's no compassion. Twilight Zone is a good reference for it. [Frown]
