So I am wondering if any of you have had any experience with these supps. My Dr. just started me on them yesterday and so far, I'm not hearing good things about them all.

Lithium ortate - for mood

Grapefruit seed extract - cyst buster to go with Rocephin

Interface - for biofilm

If anybody knows anything about any of them, please let me know!! I hadn't heard of any of them and what I've heard the last day is a bit scary...

ALSO!! I know this isn't a supplement but I am quite upset about this one!!

Hydrocortisone 5mg - I have no idea what for!

Lithium orotate is a good supplement for the brain. It can help balance mood and slow the progression of degenerative diseases like dementia. It is very safe.

GSE is commonly used as a cyst buster. It has antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal properties. I'm not aware of any problems with it.

The hydrocortisone is prescribed to help support your adrenals. You must have symptoms of adrenal fatigue. If your adrenals are weak you are going to feel bad, your body won't be able to tolerate stress, and you won't be able to fight infection. It is very important to support your adrenals so that you can heal.

I've never heard of Interface so someone else will have to help you there.

Good luck! Sounds like you are off to a good start [Smile]

You may want to find a natural alternative for the adrenal glands. I'd like to get OFF my hydrocortisone but it's VERY difficult to do.
