Anyone tried this? Had a phone consult with my LLMD last night and she wants me to try it.
After three months all test are in and treatment begins. First detox with something she is calling in to the pharm forgot what she said also probotics, supplements for two weeks. Then small doses of lyme plus transfer factor, if my body tolerates all this then I am ready for antibiotics.
This is not her usual treatment but something about my blood work and so much inflammation . I have to go slow and low doses then try to get to a therapeutic dose. Also gluten, sugar and dairy free.
So ready to get going..

Transfer Factor is concentratred first milk from a mother cow (perhaps) that has developed antibodies to Lyme. I hear that it has helped people.
I also remember reading about a New England politician who was so sick with Lyme that he had to quit his service. Antibiotics did not cure him. He was also a doctor so he understood the immune system.
He contacted a farmer and had the farmer inject a cow with his blood. The cow developed antibodies to his version of Lyme. The doctor then injected the antibodies into himself and got well. (Not sure if it was antibodies or some other type of immune response produced by the infected cow. My memory is fuzzy on this.)
I read about a Lyme transfer factor product on the market that seemed to cover several different types of Lyme as well as co-infections. It sounded like a very good product. When I haave more money I would like to try it.
Good luck.
P.S. The transfer factor doesn't contain antibodies, but teaches the immune system how to make the antibodies it needs to fight the infection.

I take Transfer Factor Multi Immune. I have not taken the Lyme one. My guess is that it is a more potent version of the Transfer Factor Multi Immune.
This is one supplement that I will not do without. I can tell that it strengthens my immune system. It's expensive but I believe it is worth it.
Recently I have thought of looking for similar products that have those ingredients but are less expensive.

I also took it along w/ Transfer Factor Multi Immune. I have actually just today stopped taking it (have made progress and now cutting back on supplements at my LLNP directive). I had no problems w/ either of them and feel they were helpful!

i tried this in the beginning (LymPlus and the Transfer Factor Multi-Immun)
Can't say if it caused an allergic reaction, but i think it contributed. The first day I took it I had an allergic reaction to my cat, which doesnt normally happen anymore.

My LLMD started me on Transfer Factor Multi Immune about a week ago. The first day or so I felt like I had more energy. Then for about the next five days my joints and some that never hurt before started aching. My shoulder throbbed. Today the aching is much improved. My doctor told me about half his patients felt better using this supplement while the rest said felt it did not help. I wanted to try it for 4-6 weeks to see if it works.

Thanks for your replies. I have spent money on so many supplements etc. that didn't work but guess one more won't hurt.
My doc told me to go slow with the transfer factor lyme plus. I am to start out with a small dose, smaller than the recommend one. As you can herx from this but she said it should only last a few days.
I am not sure about the brand name I have to go to Researched Nutritional and have to have her pin or Id number to order. From my understanding you can only get this through a doctor.
Will let you know.

Those of you who have Lyme Plus would you list some if not all of the ingredients. Would like to know before I spent the money. Many supplements I can't take.
