I was recently having major neuro and CNS symptoms hours after exercise or even slight exertion. Yesterday, I golfed 18 holes for the first time of the year. I figured I will not let this get the best of me.
It was 90+ degrees out and I was more than exerted. I had no issues at all, aside from sleeping too hot, which was just the weather.
Things I have changed since would be Vit B12 injections only 2... and Neuro-Antitox II CNS/PNS (Thanks daisyrlb!!)

I too suffer from Post-Exertional Malaise.
I haven't heard of the product, but would like to try it. Where can it be purchased?
Isn't it wonderful to feel normal. I'm happy for you.

Congratulations! I think with Lyme any improvement should be celebrated. I celebrated the first time I could stand for a minute! Being able to play golf is great, ecspecially 18 holes! having extra energy really improved my quality of life. I hope you continue to improve.
Take care and God bless,
Lindsay
