I also have an elevated ANA, and have Lyme and a clinical diagnosis of Bartonella.

The ANA test is cross reactive with Lyme. Your LLMD is correct. I had a positive test years ago but I never had lupus it was Lyme disease.

Same here. Positive ANA that is now negative due to lyme treatment. I would rule out lyme before accepting a lupus diagnosis.

Fairly common to have viruses such as HHV6 with lyme, fairly common to have mycoplasma with lyme, fairly common to have chlaymydia p. with lyme (although perhaps a little less common than the other two).
Chronic lyme is never just about the borrelia, there are always other things going on, infections like these are just part of the other things going on.
