Saw list of symptoms and wonder whether they are a match for mine that I wouldn't mention to anyone else (neurologists thought I was crazy, especially with biting things):
Red streaks: I get streaks of what look and feel like giant hives that itch and hurt at same time.
Painful lumps under skin: US said they're fat tumors/cysts and I have many of them. Can these be the painful lumps described?
Biting pain: Feel as though little things are imbedded in my limb muscles and sting/bite but only for a minute or so and usually at night or at rest. Sometimes feel a few bites in succession in different areas close to one another, usually less than ten a night.
Air hunger: Find myself lately experiencing a sudden gasp for air when at rest ......just one gasp at a time and usually a few times a day.
Weakness is much more on right side of body, as though there's a line drawn down the center.
Often feel sudden itching on skin, especially face and inside nostrils.
These symptoms are in addition to being off balance, bilateral shoulder pain, slow, feeling fuzz/electricity in head, exhausted, weak (especially one sided), TMJ pain, trembly all over and often at a loss for words. Haven't been able to work for a year.
Have another neuro appt next week and then lyme doc after neuro clearance. L

When I first came to this site I was so confused with what symptoms are to which co-infection. From my experience and what I have gotten from others experiences this is what your symptoms sound like:
Red Streaks/painful lumps under skin/biting pain sound like the co-infection Bartonella.
Air hunger/off balance sound like the co-infection Babesia
Weakness, shoulder pain, fuzzy head, exhausted, weak, TMJ, trembly sound like Lyme (Borrelia). These symptoms can overlap with each other but red streaks/air hunger are pretty specific to their co-infections.
Also, testing is very unreliable and a false negative can result. I always test negative for Bartonella but I have it.
Good Luck.

IMHO: Pinworms. Do you drool on your pillow at night or grind your teeth?

No, no drooling or grinding. Started doxy and biting feeling stopped in 2 days. Lumps under skin softened and shrunk at 3 weeks.

Without being an MD I would think besides Lyme you have to address Babs, Bart and parasites.
Maybe the itching and rashes are just bart and not any parasites but the air hunger is a Babs symptom.
