I got bit by the 'lyme' tick when I was pregnant. Tested my son and he is positive and will start treatment soon. I'm wondering, can babs and bart (and other co-infections) pass through the placenta, like Lyme?

Yes they can. Usually pregnant women are put on abx for the duration of their pregnancy, to help protect the baby.

My two boys have the exact same coinfections as I do. Yes, they can be passed in utero.
