i noticed that when i eat something salty, like nuts with salt, etc., that i get sort of sick to my stomach.
can ingesting salt through food make you herx?

Yes it can make you herx since salt is antibacterial and antiparasitic. Eat sea salt when you can. I am on the salt/c protocol for that very reason.

well it must DO something cause salty foods make me sick and since you ingest salt with the salt c protocol i thought "duh..."...

Always good to ask, and we know you're good at keeping us all on our toes. If your eatiing things with salt and your looking for an antiparasitic other than Parastroy (because you think it would be too strong for you)
Why not do a little salt/c which is antiparasitic?

May not be the salt, but the iodine or the free-flowing agent.
Also, I know for myself, if I eat something that tastes extremely salty to me, I tend to gag.

This is interesting...I have to eat things with salt in order NOT to be sick to my stomach! Nausea is one of my lingering symptoms, though otherwise I feel I am in remission. I do a low dose salt/c but also find that salt is the only thing that keeps my nausea at bay...I don't use table salt, but hymalayan salt...
