I want to start monolaurin/lauricidin.

Is there a brand without:
1. titanium dioxide
2. silica
3. magnesium stearat

I would be thankful for other details like
how much to take and what to expect.
Did you get better? Did you take it for viruses or parasites?

You may want to just go with the Lauricidin brand.

Marine,
thanks, that sounds great. Can you tell me how much you take? Is lauricidin really pure without any fillers?

There are supposedly no preservatives or allergens in Lauricidin...

i take Lauricidin too. only problem is i haven't made it past 1 pellet yet because of the severe herxing. since it goes after all kinds of pathogens i don't have to wonder if i'm missing something. my body is shot from the years of being ill and i have to go extremely slow.

Is this different than taking coconut oil?
Is it better? Why?

Carol,

It's coconut oil on steroids [Big Grin]

Much more concentrated monolaurin

People use it specifically for viruses though in vitro it has shown action against HHV, Mycoplasma, and more
