I generally take my vitamins in the morning but now I have added a couple herbs and difulcan.
How should I arrange these cause tonight I took all pretty much an hour away from each other... or can I just take them together?
Milk Thistle Olive leaf Extract (Also how much should I take) Probiotics Difulcan Magnesium Echinacea (Probably only taking for a couple more days because of a cold)

I am not an expert on supplements but I take all of mine in the morning. I am on Diflucan too in fact, I was just increased to 400mg a day. So I take 200 mg in the morning with all my other supplements. I was taking another probiotic at night but I just switched to VSL #3 double strength (prescription only) so I don't think I need more.I am still having constipation problems.....Oh, and I take 2 oz of aloe vera juice and 2 T of braggs apple cider vinegar twice a day. I buy all my vitamins at vitacost.com and they have the best prices. Can I ask you what your symptoms are with yeast and how did you know you had it? Did your dr. put you on any type of preventative medication? Write back when you can Kerry

On abx I went symptom free but screwed myself drinking alcohol literally as soon as I went off. I was on nystatin the whole time.
I've been experiencing hot flashes and some muscle aches with stomach aches. No real fatigue or Lyme type symptoms so going to give it a try.
I think like most people there is no 100% way to know I have systemic yeast... I will tell you I was flying back from LA yesterday I ate more sugar than usual and on my flight from Denver to st. Louis I was feeling very sick I had to get up and I went in the bathroom and my tounge was just coated in white film... This was the closest thing to thrush I've seen.
