I seriously doubt that is enough. "Acidophilus" is just ONE strain of probiotic. You need one with many strains.

Look on the bottle and see how many "CFU's" of probiotic it is.

you need at least 100 billion a day if you are on abx long term

Liquid... does it contain SUGAR???

Probiotics are one thing you CANNOT afford to skimp on. My current yeast problems are costing me more than it cost me to treat Lyme. I treated Lyme 4 yrs .. I've been treating yeast for 11 yrs now.

Lymetoo-WHAT are you talking about? I've just figured out I have a yeast problem too!

Starting the diet, 200mg diflucan bid also and loads of multi strain probiotics.

What have you tried and why can't you get rid of it? What are your symptoms?

My LLMD prescribed 200mg once a day. I saw some others taking that dose bid. I really need it at a higher dose. I talk to my LLMD Tues.

SO I just started trying the difulcan today and a few hours later am having pretty consistent all over body itching. Anyone have this symptom or does it sound like allergy ?? I dont however have any other allergic symptoms (yet) I should probably clarify, its not a typical itching more like a pins and needles itching if that makes sense
