Has anyone had endocarditis due to TBD? I'm going to be starting IVs to treat and I'm really worried.

I've not, but heard of several who have.
Don't forget to check for Q-fever (a TBD) as well, as this can absolutely be a causitive agent for endocarditis.

I was just at the cardiologist yesterday. I will have an echo next week just to make sure I don't have a pericardial effusion. I think anything goes with TBD and have heard of both endocarditis and pericardial effusion as not being uncommon.
