I had this since getting sick but it would come and go. Now that Im treating Babesia it came back really bad, like a herx almost and I've had it for a month. I feel so dry and have no mucus anywhere. Even my digestion feels dry, like nothing is in my stomach to digest food. I'm pretty sure it related to the infection.
Does anyone know how to get back that moisture? I drink a lot of water, use saline nasal spray and breathe in steam. Is there a herb or vitamin ect.. that would help? This is really irritating.

Slippery Elm bark lozenges may help with the throat dryness.
Xylitol candy or gum can stimulate saliva production. So can other sugar-free hard candies or chewing gum.

sorry you're going through this jadams, if it's any consolation I have this too and I've tried some of the stuff mentioned above to no avail. I think it must be related to this illness. Hope you find some relief!

and actually, I noticed that a lot of people in my community have it the same time I do.
For example, a lady at a store I go to said that she had it this last week, and she told me that it seems to come and go.
So, I just assumed it was a virus.

Pugs and missing- it does make me feel better that others have this too. It is miserable, I thought I was miserable before and now this. I just got a vaporizer and Im in LOVE!
Chewing gum and nasal spray sort of helps but only right when I do them.
