Anyone have elevated anti neural antibodies or CaM Kinase (called the Cunningham test) and get IVIG?

If so I'd love to hear results

DS has elevated anti-dopamine 1 (4000) and Cam K of 176. But we haven't done IVIG yet. We were pursuing PANDAS, but found lyme fits his symptoms better. We're hoping that treating lyme will eliminate PANDAS/PITAND. If that fails we will consider IVIG.
