Does this look like anything related to lyme or another co infection?

Here is a close up

Along with the rash are numerous small pimples which I figured could be related to the heat. It has been hot the past few days.

Thoughts? Am I being paranoid now?! Lol. I swear I think so many things are lyme related lately.

Does it itch? I have come down with hives lately that itch and sort of look like this. I have no clue why... seeing my llmd tomorrow.

I have been experiencing a similar type of rash. I believe the heat is a factor.

My rash doesn't itch, but it does burn sometimes.
