In particular, I am concerned the 5 year old will release a lot of toxins. She is too little to take a pill, and I can't imagine asking her to take charcoal or chlorella mixed into a beverage.
Any ideas?
The little one has to avoid fruit and the big one (5 year old) gets constipated VERY easily - def. the opposite of what we want!

I don't know about use with children, so definitely look into it yourself, but epson salt baths, part baths (Moor mud packs) are two great detoxes.
Castor oil packs on your liver are excellent. Pm me if you need instructions.
Lemon water is also great. Half a lemon in glass of water w/a little sugar if necessary to get it down.
Plain old water is the best. Drink, drink, drink, flush their little systems! good luck

How about some apple pectin mixed with water or apple sauce (natural)? The apple pectin is naturally sweet and it's a fairly good binder that kids like the flavor of. I mix it in my greens to help keep the toxins moving out as regularly as possible.
You don't need to use the greens for the kids, just the apple pectin alone or mixed with natural apple sauce might be good.

Just reread your post about one of your kids can't have fruit. Can she have apple pectin? Even though it's from a fruit, it's helpful with constipation.

Thanks for the ideas. I already do epsom salt/baking soda baths for them - I'll keep it up.
They like water, but especially the big one has been drinking less lately.
We also use topical glutathione, since they both are very low.
Gary, apples are the worst offender for the little one. Fruit gives her diarrhea, and since she already has celiac, she can't afford it!
They also take a little milk thistle in tincture form (alcohol-free).
I will PM about the castor oil packs.
