I realize most people who post on here are at the beginning or middle of treatment.

Last night was my last night of taking abx (at least for now). Are there any members I could be in touch with about things you did to keep your immune system strong OR do most people leave this site once they are better?

I feel I still have work to do with continuing clearing out heavy metals and aggressively making sure to clear up candida. I wonder if there are other supplements or things to consider to keep my immune system up and running?

If anyone can PM me member names (maybe people who don't check here often but still have an active account that I could reach by PM)? Thanks.

I have never started abx.. for any long term period. The llmd wanted to build my system then start abx. While doing this I have felt better, not what I would like but improvement. For now I am not going on abx.. The llmd said with chronic lyme there is no cure so if my diet and supplements work to the point I can function then for now that is what we will do.

Anna - my son and I are not on abx.

Our LLMD has us on Liver Life and NDF Plus from Bioray as well as anti-fungals... starting those tomorrow.

Doing cleansing and detoxing.

You can PM me anytime.

May health be with you!

Toxic mold was suppressing our immune systems, causing extreme pain, brain fog and magnifying symptoms. Four days after moving out, the healing began.

Thanks! My CD57 is now a 99. Was hoping it was over a 100 but curious to see what it measures after a month of no abx. It has consistently gone up every month and praying that it does again this month.

I am doing IV chelation push and started Nystantin today to deal w/ lingering candida (although I am not really feeling symptoms of candida sure it is there from months of abx).

I have been off abx.'s for a little over 3 months. Had been sick for 6 years - mostly neuro.

I continue to feel better and better each day.

Back to running and hiking. Put in a 30 mile week of running last week and did a 7 mile trail run in the heat this morning...Felt strong.. People can and do get better.

I am still on probiotics, yeast protocol/diet and do alot of detoxing.
