It sounds like a babesia symptom to me.. I would try to treat babs with Cryptolepis and see if you find any improvement. If that is what it is you may want to go to abx to treat.

I take RNA (Ribonucleic Acid) for my head symptoms and it really made a difference.

I would also look into a B12 deficiency. It is common with Lyme patients and a regular blood screen may not show it. Here are some symptoms:

Vitamin B12 Deficiency

Anemia develops, causing paleness, weakness, fatigue, and, if severe, shortness of breath and dizziness.

A severe deficiency may cause tingling or loss of sensation in the hands and feet, muscle weakness, loss of reflexes, difficulty walking, confusion, and dementia.

The diagnosis is based on blood tests. (I question the Blood Tests)

When high doses of vitamin B12 supplements are taken, most symptoms resolve.

There is no danger in trying B12, as the body excretes what it doesn't need.

For head pressure Mucinex works great - just regular Mucinex from the drug store.

I don't know if it helps with dizziness.
