So everyone always says "treat the co-infections first" or you won't get anywhere with lyme.
Its true! I finally listened, and have been going after Bart for the last month. I've made so much progress its unbelievable. Everything seems to be working now, including Lyme treatments that used to not do anything. I guess I should have listened to the wisdom earlier.

Bart is very aggressive and will often be the most dominant infection (usually Bart and Lyme are 1a 1b)
You are correct - the co-infections should garner more respect from some of the newbies.
Along with parasites imo

What I'm doing now - 30 drops per day Cumanda, rotated with HH, and some clove oil. Will keep rotating through new treatments.

Dan, while treating Bart are you also treating Lyme as the same time? Or have you stopped treating Lyme for now and focusing on Bart?
I think my Bart is much worse than my Lyme right now... but we have not started Rifampin yet. I'm just wondering if others are treating both side by side or one bug at a time?

I'm doing some things for Lyme, like rifing, lauricidin as cherylsue recommended, but nothing major.

I did not know this, I have been so sick just on Minocycline. Bartonella was not being treated, I kind of had a feeling that it was gone but my feet still hurt. Then I started twitching and trembling every day. Problem is I really don't know what the symptoms of Bart are. Oh, I was on Levaquin for Bart for 4-5 months so I thought it was under control. I just kept on going downhill and I couldn't figure it out. Was at my LLMD yesterday and my regimen changed to Biaxin and Plaquinel along with ketoconazole because I am still fighting yeast. That is a tough thing to get rid of especially while on meds. Kerry

I don't know if Lauricidin hits Lyme, but it sure is good for viruses like EBV, HHV6, etc.
