I saw GiGi's post on babs/parasites/fungi.

I am confused as to what I should do.

I'm almost certain i have Babesia, I'm reacting to A-BAB and have the regular fevers and shortness of breath.

I tested positive for Trichinella in a stool test.
I treated with mebendazole and albendazole for 14 days total.

Followed that up with H.Pylor tx. Of which I really didn't recover from. Very hard tx.

I had follow up today with my doc and she literally said "it sounds like we're back to square one"

She is afraid to put me on antibiotics for Babs yet because I've been feeling a little crappy (i still work about 28-30 hours a week, reluctantly).

Plus, I was in the hospital last month with some kind of weird infection that no one could figure out what was happening.

I had a high fever for almost 2 weeks and it spiked to 105, severe/crushing lung pain, it was awful.

Should I go on antibiotics and just herx to get it over with?

We concluded today that we will continue with A-Bab and restart a parasite treatment. I suggested Humaworm (i've tried parastroy and dr. christophers syrup)

Anyone have an idea of what would be best?

I have serious brain fog and insomnia when I even exercise a little bit. and I do light stuff like core strengthening on an exercise ball. I'm trying to get adequate amounts of rest. All of sx are worse before my period.

A little lost here. I've been treating since September/Oct 2010. I've been ill for 8 years. Started with pulsed lyme tx (abx), then trichinella tx, h. pylori tx, then gut repair, then I got super super ill (no clue from what), and now I'm on babs tx.

Something has to be going in a positive direction right? I'm having twitching, weird vision things happening, super fatigued and VERY achy. Being achy was always my worst symptom aside from fatigue.

I've been on parasite treatment! How the heck long do you have to treat parasites and what should you use and when? So confused.

Forgot to add, I'm on 5 drops of A-Bab, and up next for treatment is Bart. I display Bart sx even though I tested negative.

Is it good to treat these separately or together?

Have you tested for the Protozoan Bug that Dr Fry tests for at his lab. You have similar symptoms and things that I have and do experience and I have treated other infections and end up with this bug there hanging on and harder to work on.

And if your thinking parasites and protozoans and babesia and such. That is where I end up at too maybe your battling the protozoan too.?
