Of course I don't want to get a yeast infection.
I'm allergic to dairy, do not tolerate soy and don't really care for rice or coconut yogurt.

Megaflora and Custom Probiotics are two very good quality pro.'s with no dairy. I need dairy free as well.
I herx/ed on Nystatin. Gut like herx plus neuro stuff. As you kill off the yeast in your gut, the left over toxics from the yeast can meander into your bloodstream IF you have a leaky gut situation.
I have always felt wrose while on Nystatin and then progressively better. I only took 2 per day as that is all I was able to handle at the time.

THERALAC does not contain: Yeast, Eggs, Corn, Soy Protein, Gluten, Wheat, Salt, or Beef Products. The Lactoferrin in THERALAC is a purified protein derived from milk and does not generally cause allergic reactions in persons sensitive to milk or dairy products. Microcrystalline cellulose, silica and magnesium stearate (vegetable source) are inert excipient ingredients. Consult with your doctor before taking THERALAC if you have specific allergic sensitivities.
